1. Purpose

This Cookie Disclosure explains how Chaos OS uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies. It applies to the Chaos OS platform and its sub-applications, including Vectle.

2. Technologies Currently Used

Chaos OS currently uses strictly necessary technologies for authentication, sessions, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and core Service functionality. These include Clerk authentication and session technologies and browser storage needed for the Service to work.

Chaos OS may use Sentry for error monitoring where configured. Its configuration is designed to avoid sending default personally identifiable information and to scrub request bodies, cookies, raw query strings, authentication headers, and secret-shaped fields before error events are sent.

Chaos OS does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-context behavioral advertising, or third-party product analytics such as Google Analytics.

3. Your Choices

You can control some cookies and local storage through your browser or device settings. Disabling strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, security features, or other parts of the Service from working correctly.

If Chaos OS introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, we will update this disclosure and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law before or when those technologies are enabled.
